My device freezes.

My GO6200 with LIVE has recently stopped working. It doesn't start up - I have tried to restore but the red line across the bottom of my device stops near the end (appox. 97% across) and freezes. This means that I cannot switch the device off. Therefore, I cannot access any of the settings, maps etc. Has anybody had a similar experience and, if so, what can I do?

    Do a hard reset. Bee sure it is fully charged. Press power button until you see cog wheel then release. Choose reset from the menu. Hope it works for you.

    If there is an Memory Card is inerted, remove it
