Automatic Subscription Renewal Query

My account has recently been renewed and I appear to have overpaid. I received three email receipts over two days. The first one dated 16/08/2022 is order number #41398225 for Live Services World in the sum of£23.99. On the same date I received another receipt, also for Live Services World with the order number of: #413981176 and also in the sum of £23.99. Surely, that's an accidental duplication? The following day: 17/08/2022 I received a receipt for order number #413986351 in respect of Western European Bundled Product in the sum £54.95. My second query then is: Does this third order include Live Services, which I appear to have paid for twice already? I would be grateful if you would investigate this matter for me.
