Subscription not visible after logging on to TomTom

I have a subscription to the TT App on my iPad and my Android phone. When I log in to TT, I don't see it in My subscriptions. How is this possible? Should this be the case?
Please let me know.

    My TT GO App purchased in the TT-internal store is called "MyDrive-Autonavigation migrated from GO Mobile".
    But it was never visible under TT-Web "My subscriptions".
