My device switches off as soon as its disconnected from the any power source (even thought the battery is fully charged according to the black white screen) it then keeps flashing the tomtom sign, I have updated it (took 8hours) and reset it all no good. Now spent hours trying to get booked in for repair. How when the help BOT is also in loop? I can't seem to find a way through or anybody to speak to, so I'm here, HELP please before this heap of junk gets thrown of of the nearest bridge with me with it! Thanks in anticipation
