Subscription failure

My subscription to a new year of joy with the app has succeded, however if i open the app on my phone i get en message that something went wrong and it was unable to open the app. Whatever i do, i get these messages. But if i open my playstore, search for the installed TT navigation go app en push the open button, the app opens normal and i can use it. If i than go to settings i can see y subscription date is untill july 2023.

I have uninstalled the app, no result. I have deleted the cashe memory of the app, no result. What can i or should i do, to get in function normally?

    I guess it is the one recommends starting the installation from within web-based Playstore?

    No, it was the post where they gave the solution to clear the cache and memory of the google playstore. I have cleared only the TomTom app, but never thought about the playstore app. Now it is functioning perfectly again.
