updating Fiat Uconnect 5"

I updated the maps of my Fiat Uconnect without any problem in the past.
I have recently purchased item 1SDR.002.00 (Europe map + 1 year of updates). The order appears on the TomTom website as "completed".
However, when I try to update the browser used TomTom Home, a message appears that says "no items available" and when I return to the main screen another one that says "newer versions of your map are available. Get them for a little as...".
I think the order has not been associated with my account. Any suggestion? Thank You
