Update a Start 42

Hello
I tried recently to update my Start 42 under window 7pro and MyDrive connect V 4.1.9.4053.
AS TomTom asked me to update MyDrive Connect before, I did.
Now I have the V 4.2.13.4348.
I connect my device and I have a message that the process tu update is running...it runs... and runs again... many hours or days...
What is happening?
It feels that the last MDC version don't support the Start 42 and go back to a MDC earlier version don't want to run again.

    check anti virus or firewall
    try update on other computer

    I tried on another computer, under windows 10, the result is the same.
    NO anti virus excepted Windows (perhaps) and I will check the firewall.

    I have set firewall to allow Mydrive connect .
    windows defender also is desactivated
    but nothing has changed.
