    I would recommend you to contact the support. Only someone from TomTom can do something about it. We other users are helpless.

    Make sure that you are logged in in the Support area too, otherwise you spin only arround with the Bot.

    Welcome to the site....
    "BL" Is a Start 25, 4GB + micro-SDHC, MyDrive Connect NAV3 Device....
    NAV3 Devices with 4GB On-board Memory... Catch22
    Tomtom devices need at least one Map installed before they will Boot-up...
    The Maps on the NAV3 devices easily fitted onto the 4GB of on-board Memory, but the Map sizes increases with every update... Now the 4GB limit on-board memory size on the NAV3 devices is an unfortunate, but real Catch22 situation....
    The NAV3 Full Europe Map is now well over 4 GB….

    only GPS released with 8GB internal memory have lifetime free maps.

    Welcome to our Community! I checked your account details and it seems you purchased a UK map yesterday. I would suggest getting in touch with our support via Chat/Email to get this one refunded and they can also fix the device with a map update service.
