RDS/TMC by cable - connected, but no traffic infos

My Start 62 tells me every time I start my car "rds/tmc receiver connected" but I don't get any traffic infos ever. Any idea? connection stays during driving, because if I pull the cable it tells immediately "connection broken (unterbrochen german), and if I reconnect cable "rds/tmc receiver connected" appears again, but no results in route planning.

    We have activated a package on your account that should enable the device to connect to the TMC receiver.
    Could you check for updates in MyDrive Connect?

    I don't see any updates besides map updates. where should I find it?
