SpeedCams on a Rider 50

Hi!
yesterdsay I've purchased a speedcam subscription, payed with Paypal, its active on my online account,but it doesn't download to my Rider 50 via wifi or pc/MyDrive Connect...

How long does it take to be availabe on my Rider50? I really need it now for aroad trip!

    If your subscription has been assigned to your rider's account, the speed cameras to download to your GPS are normally available.

    Thanks,I will wait for moderator answer/solution.

    I've made several attempts, whatched the videos, restarted the navigator...nothing seems to work....

    Still no support...

    Now I understand why people prefer Garmin.

    Have paid my subscription and now will go to my road trip whithout it!

    The order is not allocated to your TomTom account yet, get in touch with our customer service along with the order number to sort out the subscription on your RIDER 50.
