Traffic not working on Go Premium !!!

I have started to use my new Go Premium Wi-Fi and the traffic isn't working. It states it activated but keeps telling me the service isn't available.
I have followed the instructutions and watched the video.
I have reset the device multiple times and have no wifi connection activated or phone connected either, plus the device is fully charged.
GRPS is connected and MyDrive is working perfect.
So what to do?

    Someone must check the configuration of the device on the TomTom servers.

    make sure that you are logged in in the Support Area too. Otherwithe spin around only with the bot.

    The services on the account all look good.
    My team has done some changes in the SIM profile connectivity, could you check if the device connect after a soft reset-

    Hi @VikramK the traffic function is still not working ! the mydive fuction is working great !

    the internet connection of the built-in sim is allso working as well

    the problem is everthing is in working order but no traffic info !!!!!
