Rider 400 and route loading

Hello everyone,
I've been using the TomTom Rider400 for years, lately it has problems loading routes. I've cleared the memory leaving only the routes that interest me that day (3/4) but I see that it's always slow. Sometimes it really struggles and although it loads 100% the route doesn't show up.
What can I do? I've thought about "resetting the manufacturer's functions" but then will I be able to download the map again?
Thanks to those who want to help me.
Marco

    Hi Marco,
    Welcome to the community!
Performing a factory reset won't impact/delete the installed map. Also, your RIDER 400 comes with Worlds Map updates, so you can anyway install fresh maps using MyDrive Connect.

Main menu- Settings- System- Reset device.

To avoid losing your stored favorites on the device you can create a back-up using MyDrive..

    See user guide.

    Regards,
    Vikram.

Thanks for the welcome and the reply!
In your opinion, could this solve my problem in the slow loading of routes or do you suggest something else?
