Speed Camera Subscription

Hi, just purchased annual speed camera subscription for my device VIA135, paid by PayPal, shows active in my TomTom online account but not active /subscribed in MyDrive so I cannot update the device... How long does it take to activate the subscription on MyDrive? Next day? Sent few emails to TomTom support but no reply...

    Welcome to the community!
    I see there are two devices linked to your TomTom account, and looks like the subscription for ordered for the other device.
    I have asked my team to activate the service for your TomTom Via 135.

    Do a soft reset and check for updates in MyDrive Connect-
