I have a TomTom XXL. A map update was offered on Tom Tom HOME. During the installation I received an error message:
Item was not valid after installation: Western_Europe
My old map has been erased by Tom Tom HOME, so I cannot restore it. I have formatted my XXL, but the error message remains the same.
Who can help me?

    I followed the instructions. Removed files from the computer and formatted the XXL. Then I updated without the map.
    When updating the map, I again get the message: Item was not valid after installation: Western_Europe

    Hi,

    I'm facing the same problem trying to update my TomTom One using HOME.
    Erased everything, reinstalled software but receiving "Item was not valid after installation" when trying to install any zone.
    Any help available?

    @VikramK (Administrator) has activated another map for my TomTom. I installed it and the problem was solved!
