Is there a solution for voices problem after reboot?

I have a Tomtom Go 60 with a bug which makes the GPS unusable, and I didn't find any solution, nor workaround for it, more exactly after any reboot the following happens:
1) ALL electronically generated voices disappear, no matter if before the reboot any of it was selected or not
2) ALL recorded voices remain there, but all become muted

A GPS without voices is, at least for me, unusable.
Does Tomtom have a solution/workaround for this bug?
(note that I tried ALL what a user can do with the GPS, like reset to factory, install various maps, try with all combination of voices etc, unfortunately nothing helped to get rid of this BUG) ?

I have latest available SW on the GPS, cannot make any update anymore:

I have just performed this recovery operation, unfortunately still the same bugs are present.
Has anyone other ideas? If not then this GPS will end up in the garbage and it will be last Tomtom gadget I will ever use.

Have you checked that the voices are not disabled?

I saw many people have this issue and no one found a solution.
Shame to Tomtom for such a bug.
