unable to activate my subscribed Live Services

Hi i paid for and have a one years Live Services subscription which show in my subscriptions and my Orders but cannot see it in my contents and so cannot use the service.
cannot get any help from the "Chat" boxes as they don't include the above problem.

    You did not indicate the model of GPS for which you purchased the service.
    If the purchase is recent wait a bit.

    my devuce is a Go Live 2005 and the subscription was taken out on the 20th June this year.

    Your Sim card may have been deactivated if you have been without a subscription for more than 18 months.

    Welcome to the community!
    The service you ordered is active on for your TomTom. However, the built-in SIM is probably disabled, which happens when there is no there is no active subscription(LIVE Services).
