The device does not connect

The device does not connect to the computer. I also don't see any wheels or cogs turning just the logo.
I tried resetting the device but the white screen does not appear. The device switches off when I hold the power button.

You haven't stated which Tomtom Camper Model/Device do you own....
What are the 1st 2 characters of the device 'Serial number' ??? The first two letters define the Tomtom Model...
