2011 Renault satnav keeps restarting and shows and egg timer

Hi, I have a 61 reg grand scenic, the satnav has recently started a continual reboot cycle of the welcome screen followed by an egg timer. This occurred after a week of being sat in an airport car park.

Welcome to the community!
When the device/SD card is connected to the computer and recognized in TomTom HOME.
GO TO > TomTom HOME menu > help > System information > copy to the clipboard.

@VikramK im having difficulty getting the SD card to connect to Tom Tom Home, I get a ‘device is write only’ message. Do you have any suggestions?
