The address of my son is missing in the maps (Netherlands). It exists for over a year. My GO classic is new and updated. What is wrong?

    It helps in a way, but it does not make clear why the address is still missing after more than a year.

    What is the use of reporting new addresses if they are not updated?
    I have been reporting new routes for more than a year, but I don't see TOM TOM has changed, I will not report any more because I have already wasted too much time for nothing!
