GO5100- map update
The update goes to the PC fine, then I get "waiting for device", this then goes & I get "your device is not responding", this in turn goes blank but does not go to the device.
Why is TomTom so completely useless at updates? I have been trying to update my GO610 and have just given up after 13.5 hours of it supposedly 'downloading'. The machine is wonderful when it is working in the car, but the update software is total rubbish (that is the polite word for what I really think). Arthur
