MyDrive Connect application is reporting I have no cache space

I am trying to update my TomTom but the MyDrive Connect application is reporting I have no cache space

    Try to clear the Download folder in the MyDriveconnect settings. Thenbrestart the pc and try again.

    Clearing the MyDrive Connect Cache???
    With MyDrive Connect running...
    Click on the Cog Wheel Icon Screen top right
    Click on the Downloads Tab
    Empty download folder
    Save settings....

    Thanks for your help... the answers sort of answered the question..... It appears I'd asked for 13Gb of updates and the cache folder was on a drive with only 5Gb free. I moved the cache folder to a drive with a lot more space and its now working. My only complaint is that it when I look in the cache directory it says I'm downloading 14 items yet MyDrive Connect didn't let me review the downloads before doing them....
