No Speed Camera Alerts- TomTom [Devices using MyDrive Connect]

What should I do if my device does not alert for speed cameras?

Pre-requisites to check-
  1. Do you have an active subscription on your account?
  2. Are you driving on a planned route?
  3. Have you installed the latest speed cameras updates using MyDrive Connect software application?

Troubleshoot the issue-

Factory reset followed by a soft reset-



Test the device on a planned route and check if the alerts are working.

If the alerts are still not working, then try reinstalling the speed cameras:

Remove speed cameras - https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360013900380

Disconnect the device and perform a soft reset.

Install/update speed cameras-

Disconnect the device and perform another soft reset.

Test the device again on a planned route and see if the alerts are working :)
