Hello everyone! I'm planning a route on the Basque Country (Spain)... add hondarriba san sebastian zumai ecc... but the answer is always no route possible, both the fastest and most exciting kinds of trip. can you help me?

    What TT device or App and have you got all the maps required to cover the entire route?

    Hi @Mabulero. I think that you need to check the spelling. The address seems a bit mixed-up. TomTom has no problem finding 'San Sebastian'.

    PS: Try using https://mydrive.tomtom.com
