Getting refund from TomTom for annual auto Renew charges

I have an old Start 25 which has been unusable for over 2 years because screen is not legible. TomTom has charged me for 2021-22 for upgrades and I have tried every method I can think of to get in touch with the MA Usa office that the charges are coming from with no avail. Anyone that can help me please respond.
