Second hand smart with tomtom

I bought a car and the maps needed updating. It's a 2016 smart FourFour. I have the SD card and paid £39.95 for the UK map. Sadly there is no way to actually download the map. I now simply want a refund as service is nonexistent. Even the email order confirmation from TomTom has a broken link for the download
