I cannot get the voice activation system to understand my new Zealand Voice.

I have a TomTom Go Professional Go620. I cannot interact with the Voice facility. Is it just me or this option not function? I have a windows 10 Laptop and a 7S iPhone. I would so appreciate help with this matter. OI am a New Zealander with a clear voice and I have selected Great Britain Language. Thanks Joel

    Greetings I was not aware of such a setting.
    Thank you very much for your help. I will try these computer voice settings.
    That is something TomTom should highlight for folk like myself not being confident with technology.
