Go 620 Software and Speed Camera Update

3 known problems:

1. Bought GO 620 and "Speed Camera Updates" are expired. As I was trying to update, it asks for payment despite lifetime update.
2.No Option for World Maps, euro only (should be inclueded)
3.When I connect via PC and insert serial number it comes out as "Go/Go Camper Tour"

From what I read on this page, problem with software. Please fix it. thanks

    The services on your TomTom have been fixed. Perform a soft reset for the changes to reflect on your side.


    The model might be recognized as a GO Camper because the serial number for both devices starts with 'ZE', you can ignore that part.

    Hi @Makoton

    Not a software issue but likely a setup issue when your unit initially connected to the TT servers which appears to happen occasionally with some units. Look back here on Monday to see what @VikramK or @lampard have to say after they have checked your units setup and adjusted if required.
