where are my voices

hi i own 2 navigation devices and my billy connolly voices do not work on both of them? i see tomtom do not sell them anymore, i dont understand why they stopped them working if paid for? i paid twice for these voices and now i cant use them, so what compensation do we get as customers

    Celebrity voices are no longer available on the online store, so Tomtom has stopped assigning them to the account.

    A voice purchased for one device cannot be transferred to another device.

    hi you did not answer my questions,if you read my message i stated that i bought 2 of the same voices for both my devices.1 for each device.so i do not understand the second line of your answer?
    2nd question is it ok to let people pay for voices and you then stop them working,which you did not answer?
