I have a TomTom Rider 500 which I've only recently installed. Unfortunately the wiring connection to the dock was faulty and I finally found out how to send it back for repair to Romania, (TomTom's customer service is appalling and trying to get any answers is a maze of dead ends that send you round and around in circles!!) The unit has come back, supposedly repaired but has exactly the same fault. I'm sick of this now and want a refund but surprise, surprise when I go to fill in the refund form it tells me I haven't inputted enough numbers for the order number. I can only put in what is at the top of the page on TomTom's invoice under the heading 'Order Number'. Can anyone help me please.
