MyDrive Connect not responding to new SD card

Good day,

I bought a new tomtom card yesterday. The SD card is also new.
As far as I understand, after purchase you have to start mydrive connect, here you are asked to "add system", so sd card in the PC.
Mydrive does not respond to this request, although it does read the card in Explorer.

What am I doing wrong?

Is online support also possible? I have studied various manuals, but can't figure it out.

    Welcome to the community!
    I suppose you have the Blue and Me model device serial number ending 710.
    For this model, the maps have to be updated by connecting the device to MyDrive Connect. The map has to be ordered online through our webshop-
