How do I get a refund for a faulty device?

I bought a TomTom Car Sat Nav GO Premium 5 Inch, with Traffic Congestion and Speed Cam Alerts Thanks to TomTom Traffic, World Maps, Updates via WiFi, Handsfree Calling, Click-And-Drive Mount for £300 via Amazon, from Tomtom store I. August ‘21 and it has died. I tried their so called chat support and went round in circles. It offered me the option to email them but after filling in the email it told me the option was not available. £300 for less than a year is not acceptable but there doesn’t appear to be any way to speak to a human. Any suggestions please?

    Thank you. I did do all of that but maybe it was out of hours - 4 p.m.? - as I just had an offer to email or contact the forum but both were no longer available when I chose them as options. I will try tomorrow again.
