'You cannot use this map' error on Renault

Hi
every thing was working fine until the hot weather last week and i think it fried the card. (no maps found)
removed card and downloaded it to my computer ( which took 25 hrs ) reinstalled it on a new card put in car and it came up cant use this map on this device united kingdom and republic of Ireland 479.
renault clio 2012
