How do I contact a real TomTom support person?

I want to cancel my TomTom App subscription (which renewed today without warning me). When I login to my account on a PC the subscription is not listed. I only see it in the app. The chatbot seems useless for this. How can I contact a real person to resolve this please?

If you purchased the app through Play Store or Apple Store, you need to cancel it through your Play Store or Apple Store account.

Tomtom does not manage subscriptions made through the Play Store or the Apple Store.

I have now cancelled my subscription. How can I request a refund for the amount I was charged today (via PayPal)?
