Subscription Ended Message

Hi-

I keep getting this message even though I have a current subscription. I am an Android user and have been a user of TT for 8 years. My Google play is correctly set to my username email and I have the regular version not beta installed. Can the moderator or anyone please assist? Message appears at startup and sometimes in the middle of a drive. u37lgrgnv2pl.jpg

    Never mind. Performed Clear Data and Clear Cache on Google Play and I no longer experience this anymore.

    Any idea have you tried deleting the app on the phone and then reinstalling it with your credentials which allowed you to purchase the app?

    Hi- yes I did reinstall the TT app but it did not solve the problem. Clearing cache and data on Google Play cleared the conflict and looks like it reestablished the connection to my subscription.
