TOMTOM REQUESTS PAGE CHAT SCROLLS IN A LOOP THEN CLOSES

Hi All
Can someone from this forum direct this thread to the I.T department for the Tomtom website
Every time on Firefox and Edge browser I head to this address: https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb/requests, the chat opens up automatically, then proceeds to scroll and scroll to the bottom, tries a second time then it kicks me out to the: https://discussions.tomtom.com/en/
I also need to be logged in for this to happen, when I'm logged out this issue does not happen, it seems to me like there is a loop on Chat and it tries a second to time to recover then aborts and kicks to to the discussions page.
This means I need to log out every time I want to Live Chat, and I also can review my case requests which have been created to support.
Has anyone else had this issue, I have also tried clearing my cache and cookies, still doesn't work
