Renewed speed camera but no updates

My annual sub is paid up, but tomtom have now cut off the camera alerts. Help please

    If Tomtom has deactivated your speed camera alerts, your subscription has expired?
    Have you renewed your subscription recently?

    If the speed cameras are on your account normally you should be able to download them.

    Connect your GPS to Mydrive connect
    is watching if you can download them again.
