No maps available under 'my content'?

When looking at the 'my content' > 'my maps' section of MyDrive connect, there are no maps listed, though I should have lifetime maps for UK & IE on my TomTom Go 60. This is causing my Go 60 to get stuck at 'choose a country' screen. Is there any solution?
