Cannot Send Destination to my GPS

I planned a route with my drive and I am signed into my account. When I press send destination, it does nothing. My GPS is signed in and connected to wifi. I have tried with 2 different browsers with no luck. What am I doing wrong?

In my opinion, the login credentials between your GPS and your Mydrive account are not good.
Go to Menu > Settings > System > select > Reset device.
Then you re-enter your Tomtom account login credentials.0 -

520 GO. I have never had problems before just started. I reinstalled My Drive Connect too.0
