My TomTom Go Premium built-in SIM stopped working.
After contacting support the company gave me no solutions.

Guess no more built-in SIM for anyone.

I did bought the product because of the feature, I dont want an extra mobile phone connected to access the network... Shame on you TomTom...

    Hi @gopremiumuser

Did Support confirm that the Sim was still active?

If the unit is out of warrantee there have been instances of the contacts on the Sim corroding. At your own risk and ensuring you have no static gently remove the SNo label on the bottom of the unit and the Mobile sim is found under it. Gently pull the sim out using fine tweezers and very carefully clean the contacts on it. When cleaned now gently push the sim In and Out of its slot to clean the inner contacts then fully insert it and replace the label so that it is covered.

Support said that: "Developers are working hard on a permanent fix, but regret that they have not determined the underlying cause hence at the moment workaround is unavailable for this Issue"...

This is not what I want... I need the device and GPRS/SIM card working properly...
