purchased map but cannot download

I purchased a map yesterday and payment confirmed. Received an email 12 hours later confirming transaction but cannot download the map in "my drive connect" (btw: the email is full of links that do not work). If I login my account online is says under "orders": status: in progress, Why does this take so long? There is no way to contact TT about this issue. I need the map today.

I reviewed your device profile in the backend, and I don't see the order has been allocated to your TomTom account.

I see this complaint more often. TT no longer interested in servicing this business? Links don't work. Security certificates expired. No respons to email, etc. This is not an incident.0
