TOMTOM GO Camper Max - where are my POIs

Hi Guys
I think I know the answer but here is the question.

Having purchased 4 TomToms in the past, I looked forward to using my new TomTom GO Camper Max which came today.
However, WHAT a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. All my other TomToms allowed me to import my own POIs, however after paying £350 pounds only to find out that this was the case. You would thing after paying that amount of money you could do the most basic things.
So instead of looking forward to using it as I have in the past, I now consider sending it back to where it came.
OR am I wrong.

no, it is not possible to import our own points of interest into a Camper Max.

In the ( more categories ) how do you get to add more than one poi on the map
When I turn them on they do not appear

Select My Places in the Main Menu
Your POI list is shown in the Places list.
Select your POI list.
Your POI list opens showing all the POIs in the list.

I can see all the pois however they do not show on the map.

However it is now back in the box ready to return.

This is the worst TOMTOM I have ever had and paid the most money for it.

Always show your POI list locations on the map
Select Main Menu > Settings > Map and display > Show on Map
Select Points of interest
You see a list of all the POI lists stored on your TomTom GO Camper Max
Enable the POI list that you always want to see on your map
NOTE: Only 5 POI lists can be enabled at the same time

TIP: Select More Categories to enable the complete alphabetic list

Return to the map view
Your POI list locations are shown on the map

However it does NOT work OLD TOMTOM FAR superior
