START 52 lifetime update not available (?)

Hi,
I have tried to update maps for START 52 (XR6038....06) which was bought with "lifetime update", but there are not free maps available anymore.
- Mydrive Connect application in PC was used, device visible, system updated sucesfully
- Europe maps 10.30 actually used
- soft reset of the device was done

As device is not too old and same product still available on the market, I would expect lifetime updates should be available.

Welcome to the community! The services on your TomTom have been fixed. Perform a soft reset and check for updates.
