Via 62: Volume telephone conversation

I am using a Via 62 and the volume is good when I receive the direction instructions.
Problem is that when I have a telephone conversation the volume of the speaker decreases. Too much to have a good conversation. I have checked the bluetooth volume on my phone and everything is set to max.
Is there a way to increase the volume when I have a telephone conversation using my Via 62?

Don't have a setting on the device to adjust the volume during the call, could you check, if a soft reset help?
