My Go620 won't connect to MyDrive Connect on my laptop.

My Go620 won't connect to MyDrive Connect on my laptop. I wish to purchase a map update but if I do I don't think II can download the map to my 620 without a MyDrive Connection. Any thoughts please on how to fix this?

    GO 620 is wi-fi you don't need to connect to Mydrive connect to update maps. https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360013899580-Mettre-à-jour-votre-GPS-via-Wi-Fi-

    GO 620 has the world maps you also don't need to buy a map.

    OK. Thank you. I thought I had to pay for an update. Maybe I'm getting confused with what I had to do with my G600 (which I still also use occasionally).
