How or when can I download or install a purchased map??

Hi,
I have paid for the map of Canada, America and Mexico for my Via 62 which is compatable, on the 15th of July.
Cannot figure out if I can download it, because the link in the email give's a redirect error. Or do I receive it by mail???

In the mail also a comment , you can contact TOMTom when having troubles, but then you're redirected to the forum.
Can understand they don't have a mailbox or phonenumber in plain site, for they would be overloaded with questions.
I fly to The States next week, hope I can use my device.
Do I have to be patient and wait for a mail with download information?

    Hi

    When purchasing your card, did you select the Via 62 account correctly?

    To download your map to your GPS, you must download the Mydrive connect software to the computer.

    If no card has downloaded contacted customer service to assign the card to the correct account.

    If no map was downloaded, contact customer service to assign the map to the correct account.

    I just found it in my Mydrive account, I had to logout en login again and there was my update.
