Can't link the GO Essential with new TomTom Account

Can't connect my GO Essential to NEW TomTom account. Created new account but got no respective registration link. When trying to connect error no connection to TomTom service currently possible.

    Revered Voyager
    Factory reset the device and then try to connect the GPS to the new account.
