I completed the entire payment process for the renewal of speed cameras twice and there were two charges on my credit card. There is no payment information in the program and the subscription remains as expired.

    These orders are stuck at the payment gateway and thus it is not reached the TomTom server.
    The same amount will be settled with your bank within 2-3 days.

    Do not need to worry, if the amount does not settle within the definite timeline you can contact us via customer support.

    For which model of GPS did you purchase the radar service?

    At time of purchase, have you selected the GPS account for which you are purchasing the radar service?
