Why has my order not shipped after 2wks?

My order has not shipped yet, as of July 13, 2022. The status of my order #413774301 has shown "in progress" with payment status of "captured" since the order was placed on June 29th, 2022. What does this mean and when will the item be shipped? Is it on back order? Can I expect to receive the ordered item in the next week or two? Thank you
