TomTom XL "item was not valid after installation"

in Devices using TomTom HOME
@VikramK Hello, I tried to update the USA and UK-Ireland maps I had on my TomTom XL and I got the message "item was not valid after installation". Also, the maps I already had on my TomTom XL are no longer on the device and I cannot find them on my computer to back them up on the device. Could you help me to reinstall the USA and UK-Ireland on my device? Thank you.

    A different version of the map has been activated for your device, check for updates in TomTom HOME.
