in Devices using MyDrive Connect
I tried to update but wants me to pay for maps, even tho i have lifetime maps!!! I am a disabled person so this is very important to me.

    I reviewed the device subscriptions in the background, I don't see the device is factory embedded with lifetime maps.
    If you bought the device with lifetime maps, then please contact our customer service. They might need some additional information before activating the services.
